Powerful releases making Globaledit even more Open, Intelligent, and Intuitive
We just wrapped up our 2025 User Conference in New York, where we unveiled our most powerful releases to date. Nothing fuels me more than connecting with and learning from our users, and the insights we gathered from last year’s event informed every strategic decision this year.
The updates we announced make Globaledit more open and agile than ever before, wrapped in a refreshed, intuitive UX/UI, and enhanced with new AI features that empower teams to build intelligent automation into their processes. Everything we developed is intended not only to ensure our users are successful today, but to set them up for success in the new era of AI.

We’ve seen an explosion of new content formats and channels, stemming from generative AI, social platforms, and new consumer engagement trends, creating significant process debt for creative teams. While there have been tons of advancements in AI content over the past year, using it in production is hard.
Globaledit has always focused on providing the foundation for content operations and building processes. Today, we are evolving Globaledit to meet the new requirements created by AI and designing the infrastructure to solve the challenge of process debt for our clients.

Today, teams need to be able to rapidly connect to any tool in their tech stack and play well with cross-functional teams. This year we focused on making our integrations easier to build and frictionless to adopt. This ensures Globaledit operates as the core of your creative production process and enables you to easily work with different teams and tools across your brand.
This year we rebuilt our underlying integration infrastructure and expanded our presence on build-it-yourself platforms like Zapier, making it simpler to connect Globaledit to your entire ecosystem, from Photoshop and Figma to Airtable and Microsoft Teams. Our speakers from Sol de Janeiro expanded upon this, sharing how their integration with Airtable automatically reflects asset status and versions, giving their Executive Producer live access to their progress and eliminating the need for constant updates. This expanded strategy allows leadership to have full visibility from creative brief through post-production and usage, creating the basis for effective forecasting and attribution.

We know creative teams need to create new assets quicker, modify existing assets faster, and search their libraries more intelligently. This year we introduced new AI-based features to help our users automate complete sections of their workflow.
- Natural Language Search allows users to query your entire library with phrases like “blonde model wearing a dress outdoors” and instantly find relevant assets or discover assets you didn’t know existed.
- AI-Cropping automatically formats images for any channel, intelligently predicts optimal framing and composition, and instantly prompts next steps like review or approval for distribution.
Additionally, Caimera founders Kirti and Prateek gave a live demo of our end-to-end integration. They showed attendees how you can take existing flat-lay photography from your Globaledit library, import it directly into Caimera, prompt and generate on-model imagery with product-accurate versions of those assets, and then push the new image or video directly back to the designated folder in Globaledit for review and approval. The workflow shows one example of how Globaledit can support GenAI content development at scale.

Our product redesign delivers unparalleled usability and powerful, intuitive control. A simple, smooth user interface is essential for continued team adoption and success at scale, and as workflows become more integrated throughout a company, ease of use is table stakes.
We focused on maximizing asset space, introducing light and dark modes, and creating a user experience that functions with the simplicity of your favorite consumer apps. The new design surfaces instant access to activity, metrics, and key tasks, giving users the ability to plan and prioritize their projects directly in the platform.

The proof is in the results. Creative, Production, and Post leaders from Sol de Janeiro and Tuckernuck shared their successful workflows and outlined how they have designed processes to wrangle complex production and integrate disparate team priorities, all with Globaledit at their center.
Globaledit unlocks the ability for teams to move beyond process bottlenecks and into a world where the tech is working for them in a unified, automated workflow. That’s where they start seeing value, that’s where they gain more time to be creative, and that’s where they truly succeed.
In the words of Alan Kay, “The best way to predict the future is to invent it.” We are inventing the foundation upon which you all, and brand teams everywhere, can successfully leverage and deliver on the promise of GenAI. Everything we developed this year sets you up for sustained success, giving you the open, intelligent, and intuitive platform you need to thrive.
