New York & Company’s (NY&C) creative team manages many complex seasonal photo shoots, requiring quick turnaround on reviews, edits and approval. The company became hampered by the high cost of shipping assets for approval and a slow and unreliable FTP system. Frustrations continued once photos were uploaded, as each team member had to search through multiple image libraries on various drives and servers to find specific photos. Incorrect assets were accessed by unapproved recipients, as roles and permissions were not defined.


NY&C partnered with globaledit to simplify the photo management process and decrease costs associated with short and long-term storage and backup reliability. Images could be uploaded immediately (at speeds 100x faster than FTP) after each shoot for instant access, review and approval.
