Brendon Derr – VP, Enterprise Solutions, Cella Consulting and The BOSS Group

As the VP, Enterprise Solutions, Brendon Derr and his teammates have helped hundreds of Fortune 1000 organizations to optimize their investments in marketing and creative resources.

He has helped companies like American Express, Staples, Coca-Cola, Verizon, Chevron, and many others to build, optimize and evolve their in-house agency capabilities. Brendon has been working within the corporate creative environment for more than 15 years.

 

Mai Nozoe – VP, Creative Services, alice + olivia

Mai Nozoe joined alice + olivia in 2013 to develop their first in-house creative department. In her role, she oversees all creative branding and global image direction of brand collateral and website.

Prior to her current role, Mai served as the first VP of Creative Operations for Moda Operandi where she was responsible for developing their first branding print campaign and global photo studio operations. From 2005-2012, Mai was responsible for developing the first in-house creative department at Michael Kors.

Mai holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from the Stern School of Business at NYU. She is also certified in Digital and Graphic Design from the Parsons School of Design.
