When a Lightbox is created, an expiration date can be set so that after that date, the recipients of that Lightbox will no longer have access. A frequently asked question is, “How do I extend a Lightbox after it has expired?”.

Only the user that originally created the Lightbox can extend expiration dates. Log in to your GLOBALedit account and go to Lightboxes. Select the Lightbox you wish to extend, click the options drop-down gear that appears and select View Lightbox Users.

This will bring up a list of Lightbox users and information about the Lightbox. Find the user(s) you wish to extend the Lightbox for and click Edit under the Permissions column. Click in the blank field under Lightbox Options to set a new expiration date and click Update Permissions.
